Penal Rulings
1-Thanks to God, and after the pleadings of Attorney Mohammad Al-Refaie, a verdict was issued in favor of our client, acquitting him of the charge of manslaughter.
2-The Misdemeanor Court acquitted my client of theft charges, as he was working as a cashier in a restaurant.
3-After the pleading of Attorney Mohammed Al-Refaie, the Misdemeanor Court issued a ruling acquitting our client of the charge of false reporting. The same circuit also issued a ruling acquitting our client of the charge of assaulting a public employee while performing the visitation ruling.
Personal Rulings
1-After a long wait, the Court of Appeal ruled in favor of our client by overturning the first-degree ruling, establishing and granting custody of the children to the mother, and ruling on the expenses.
2-The first instance court ruled in favor of our client, declaring the declaration of debt and the official, notarized pledge issued to her husband invalid and fictitious, after the lawyer argued that the declaration was fictitious.
3-The Family Court ruled to divorce our client's wife and drop all financial rights arising from the marriage and divorce.
4-The Court of Appeal ruled in favor of our client, after the efforts of Attorney Mohammed Al-Rifai, to overturn the first-degree ruling and to revoke the mother’s custody due to failure to implement the visitation ruling.
Labor Rulings
1-After a long wait, a ruling was issued in favor of our client regarding his labor entitlements amounting to seventeen thousand Kuwaiti dinars and compensation amounting to three thousand dinars against one of the major companies.
2-Thanks to God, the court ruled to approve the transfer of our client’s residency from the sponsorship of his employer to a new sponsor. The court also ruled in favor of our client regarding all his labor entitlements.
Civil Rulings
1- Thank God, the fir_st instance court ruling was overturned, and the Court of Appeal ruled to lift the travel ban on our client.
2-The Civil Court ruled in favor of our client, awarding him material and moral compensation in the amount of five thousand Kuwaiti dinars and returning the value of the check.
3-After the Misdemeanor Court acquitted our client of the charge of defamation and slander, the Civil Court ruled for material and moral compensation in the amount of three thousand dinars for the material and moral damages he suffered as a result of the defamation and slander case.
4-The court ruled to delete, erase and remove the data of Tawakkalna’s judgments from the records of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Interior.
